Kalari Forest School
For years, Kalari Forest School, nestled in the Western Ghats near Kodaikanal, has inspired thousands of children through nonviolent education, environmental stewardship, leadership development, social awareness, and joyful, activity-based learning.
Today, Kalari Forest School is entering a new chapter.
We are creating a not-for-profit forest learning campus on a beautiful 3-acre property in the heart of a pristine forest landscape. Designed to exist in harmony with nature, the campus will provide safe, inspiring, and functional learning spaces while preserving and respecting the surrounding ecosystem.
More than a school, Kalari Forest School will be a living environment where children learn through experience, connection, responsibility, and community. Our programs will continue to nurture leadership, compassion, ecological awareness, and social responsibility through immersive, hands-on learning.
A core focus of this initiative is to expand educational opportunities for tribal and rural children. Through scholarships, learning support, and community-based programs, we aim to provide free access to quality education and enrichment opportunities for hundreds of underprivileged children, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive regardless of their background.
💚 Every donation you make is eligible for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
Kalari Forest School is being built through collective effort. Every contribution, regardless of size, becomes a part of this shared vision. Every brick laid, every learning space created, and every child empowered will carry the spirit of those who helped make it possible. We invite you to join us in creating a place where children learn to live with compassion, lead with responsibility, and care for the world around them.
Together, we can build more than a school.
We can build a future where education nurtures humanity, creates opportunity, and inspires lasting social change.
